- I forgot my password / username
By clicking on "Forgotten password", you can always send the user name and the password to your mail account.
- I have ordered a wrong product
Inform us in writing about the error. If the goods are not yet dispatched, you can cancel the order and receive the paid amount less a processing fee of CHF 10.00. If the goods have already been dispatched, we will contact you to clarify the further procedure.
- How my data are used
We will only use your data to process your order and (with your consent) to deliver our newsletter. We will not disclose any information to third parties.
